On Farm Slaughtering

  • After the animal is humanely slaughtered it is immediately hung, quartered in a coolroom (hangs for 7days)
  • For a beast this process is approx 2hrs, lambs approx 30mins each
  • The disposal of hide and guts is the clients responsibility

Refrigerated Mobile Truck/Workspace

  • Fully equipped refrigerated truck is used as a workspace to come to your     property.
  • A cool room is also available to store your beast in prior to butchering    
  • We require a flat ground working space with power and access to clean                                                  water

Meat Cut To Your Liking

  • A list of cuts will be provided so customer can select their choice of meat    
      preparation and can also discuss further with Chris individual choices
  • Includes sausages
  • This process takes approximately 4hrs for a beast and 30mins per lamb,
                                               (customer to pack own meat)
